Please recall that France is in Civil Disorder. Also note we had one nation with NMR this turn: England. (That nation was also eliminated, so I'm not sure the NMR matters that much.)

GERMANY, you have a retreat due by Monday, December 15...
German A Munich can retreat to Kiel or Berlin.

(England's fleet will retreat to Wales and then disband... if anyone cares.)

Builds and disbands will not be changed as a result of retreats, so winter 1905 orders will be due Wednesday, December 17 and are as follows:
