All,
There is one retreat. Russian A War can retreat to Pru, Sil or OTB.

Deadline for that retreat is Monday the 11th at 6pm CST. If I get a retreat marked FINAL, I will produce results before then.

Our tentative Winter deadline will be Wednesday the 13th at 6pm CST. That will only affect Austria (build 2) and Russia (remove 3 unless A War retreats OTB in which case it is remove 2). Same deal...if I get FINAL orders prior to that we will move on!
