Yup. Russia is gone. Kaput. Finished. Fletch, thanks for jumping in. Even if it was prior to Spring 01, being a latecomer is always hard. Not so thrilled about the NMR on the final turn, but I can't have everything I want.
Besides that, the massive, sweeping center swapping continues, with another 9 centers trading hands this year. The apparent AIG triple grows by a net total of five centers. Which also leads me to our very first End Game Proposal! There's a proposed three-way German/Austrian/Italian Draw on the table. I'll take votes with the winter builds/Disbands. But every player must vote yes for this to pass! Any no's or abstentions (or no votes received) negates the proposal. I will not count Russia in this, because he's eliminated. So, according to my understanding of the blitz, if the draw passes, here's the point Breakdown:

Austria: 12.8
England: 4.3
France: 4.2
Germany: 13
Italy: 12.9
Russia: 2
Turkey: 4.2

Please vote even if you have no builds/disbands!

Only one other note. A Stp was dislodged. The only viable retreat is to Fin, so I auto-adjudicated it. OTB is the other option, so if the Englishman would prefer that, let me know.
