GM’s remarks:

As Italy rightfully noted, his retreat to Naples changed the supply recount. I mentioned at the beginning of the game, I will do my best NOT to influence the game in anyway. So with Italy’s retreat to Naples, Italy need only disband 1 unit; but, Turkey must now disband 1 unit. Hence, the reason why the recount at the bottom of the Fall Results showed a disband for Turkey, even though he showed as breaking even.

No response from Russia regarding a disband order. Therefore, I must enforce the Civil Disorder rules and automatically disband one for him. Derek, I hope you are still with us. If nothing else just send me a Hold order for Sevastopol prior to Monday and Thursday. Please don’t abandon the game as this will put a black mark on you on the DiplomaticCorp site.

Congratulations on making it to Spring 1906 in Winter Blitz 2010!
