PREV  Winter 1940 Adjudication:  NEXT

Hallo zusammen,

I apologise for the results only being released now. Had a number of adjucation issues to work out and that took longer than anticipated given my schedule.

I've now scheduled the Spring 1941 Moves for Wednesday, 7 July. I hope that suits everyone well enough.

Liebe GrĂ¼sse,

Charles

PRESS:

Open communique from the British government:

The new British Prime Minister regrets to inform the German-Polish joint command that he must regretfully decline their offer of alliance. While the situation in the north could have remained stable, a struggle between Italy and the Royal Navy in the Mediterranean would have resulted in an open door for the Sultan, something that the incoming Prime Minister was not prepared to risk at this time. The British government understands and regrets that this move means open war. However, Downing St and Whitehall remain focused on an eventual stable European situation and peace is something that we will work hard to obtain, even while our guns blaze.
