First of all, I am recording an NMR for France. I have not received moves from Eric and I noticed 2 NMRs already recorded for him in this game, so if he had any grace period - he's used it. Eric - of you dont sumbut moves for fall 1903, you will be marked as abandoning the position, France will be placed in CD. Whilst I am the temporary GM, I will not be replacing the position of France.

Secondly, as per the default House Rules on Draw Proposals.

Any â€˜activeâ€™ player who does not submit a vote, their vote will be considered a NO.
