I'm a giant jerk. I can't believe I forgot the adjudication, but thanks to the two who reminded me. I never received one vote, but the draw would have failed regardless, so I'm inclined to let it go.
This turn, we see Italy and France, as well as England and Germany, trade centers; Germany shores up the line; Austria deceives and betrays Russia while Russia claims recompense for past English wrongs; and the last Turkish province is "rescued" from Civil Disorder.
