Sorry for the delay. I was hoping to get our missing orders and tried contacting Germany several times. Unfortunately the orders never came in so I could not wait any longer. Thus Germany gets an NMR and we move on.

We only had one retreat necessary and it only had one option: A Bre retreats to Paris. If Shawn would prefer it can go OTB which is effectively the same as disbanding it since he has two disbands forthcoming.

So we move on to Winter with the following adjustments needed:

Austria - Build 2 (2 builds banked)
England - Remove 2
Germany - Remove 1
Italy - Build 2
Russia - Remove 1

Let's set our deadline for Winter adjustments as Saturday Feb 13th at 6pm CST.
