PREV  Fall 1906 Adjudication:  NEXT

I do suspect that, as this game 'simplifies' it is getting more complicated rather than less. Turkey supports Austria. Austria supports Germany (while giving way to the Kaiser in Silesia and Galicia). Germany supports Italy. There is an enormous bounce in Trieste (six units involved). France occupies the North Sea (says he's claiming it for the 99%). And the result?

Well, first of all, we must say "do svedanya" to Russia. After a couple of unfortunate early NMR undermined his position, Mr. Marshall played gamely to the end, but (fittingly) goes out for good on one last NMR.

There are also two auto-retreats.
The Russian army in St. Petersburg disbands (having no supply centers to justify its existence).
The Turkish fleet in Gulf of Lyon retreats to Tuscany (though, of course, it can disband/rebuild).

The end tally is a quiet two-build Winter from Germany and Turkey:
Austria: Supp 3 Unit 3 Build 0
France: Supp 9 Unit 9 Build 0
Germany: Supp 8 Unit 7 Build 1
Italy: Supp 4 Unit 4 Build 0
Turkey: Supp 10 Unit 9 Build 1

Orders are due tomorrow.
