Wow. What just happened? I think? that France, Russia and Austria are working together but I am just not sure. I guess the EGP, a 3-way F/A/R draw, would imply so?

We have a LOT of Autumn/Winter business including retreats and some builds/disbands:

Retreats first
German A Ber can retreat to Silesia, Bohemia or OTB
Italian F ION can retreat to Tunis, Tyrrhenian Sea, Naples, Albania, Eastern Med or OTB
Italian A Ven can retreat to Tuscany, Rome or OTB

Winter adjustments
Austria builds 1
France builds 1
Germany disbands 1 unless retreat is OTB
Italy disbands 1 unless one of the retreats is OTB
Russia builds 2

Let's get those by 9p tomorrow night. IF you want to make Winter builds conditional on retreats you may BUT be very clear on the conditions; if they are unclear I will err on the side of not allowing conditions if I don't understand them.

Vote for a 3-way F/A/R draw comes with SPRING orders. IF the draw is accepted it would take place post-Winter.
