Sorry for the delay. I was hoping to get orders in from Kat but never did. If she has another NMR (not counting Winter) then I will put Germany in CD. It's my policy not to do replacements and, in this case, it probably wouldn't matter anyway. A single build surrounded by England and France would likely create a position that is nothing but a vassal anyway.

But hopefully it won't come to that!

For this turn, we had both EGP's voted down. We have two new ones to be voted on with Spring:

3-way E/F/T
4-way E/I/F/T

Same rules as before about accepting most-inclusive one if both pass.

We had no retreats this time out so it is directly to Winter1906:

England builds 1
Turkey removes 1
Germany builds 1
