We might be a little closer to anarchy than two steps... Even with the extra time, I'm still missing those three sets of adjustments. The game must go on, however - and therefore England, Germany and Italy receive auto-disbands. Meanwhile, Russia builds in all home centers: two fleets, two armies.
Hopefully we'll have a little bit better of a turn-out for Spring 07. Because the draw vote fails and we go on. Deadline for Spring 07 will be set for Monday, April 6th (11:59 PM GMT).
