Sorry for the delay but I do appreciate the response on getting in orders. We lose one sheep in the Winter snow (Russia) but that remove was done by GM rules of order and it was pretty straight-forward anyway.

Austria builds 2 armies (Bud, Vie)
Italy builds 1 army, 1 f (F Nap, A Rom)
England removes 2 continental armies (Bur and Par)
Germany removes A Pic
