OK, so here it is!

Italy builds an army in Venice and a fleet in Naples
Germany builds an army in Kiel and in Berlin
England builds a fleet in Liverpool
Russia builds a fleet in Sevastapol
France disbands the army in Burgandy

Spring 1907 deadline is 4/13 at 3:00 GMT. Map is attached, check for errors.

Italian solo end game proposal is on the table. Votes due with orders. A missing vote will count as a 'no' vote. All active players must vote "yes" for proposal to pass.
