beginnings...the Scots pull away from the Gaelic shores, and both the
Gaels and Scots agree to an Anglo-Saxon presence in Powys, perhaps as
a buffer between them? Meanwhile - the Danes are handed their first
defeat in Neustria, but don't shed too many tears for their destroyed
army, as they successfully advanced into Rogaland. An interesting
fall season is ahead of us, but first - a single retreat - the
dislodged Breton army in Powys may retreat to Gwent, Pengwern,
Chester, or OTB.

Matt if you will please broadcast that retreat to everyone, we can
proceed to the next deadline - Fall 831, November 19th, 1700 EST.
