I received the late orders reasonably within the grace period, additional delay was caused by my busy weekend and morning here. As I believe this is the first offense by the player in question, I have accepted the orders, but do ask all players to please *NOT* wait until after your negotiations to submit your first set of orders. Send your
impulse prelims as soon as the adjudication is released, and then revise them as you see fit.

The DIAS is voted down, and a new 3-way draw is proposed -
Bulgaria/Greece/Rumania. Please include your votes on that with your fall orders. No retreats needed, as the only dislodge is forcibly disbanded.
