First things first, we reveal the results of voting on the endgame proposals.

The 3-way draw among England, Italy, and Russia fails.
The 2-way draw between Italy and Russia succeeds, as it receives YES votes from all 4 remaining players.

Congratulations to Eric and Marc! Matthew R. and Michael, thanks for playing as well, you will receive some survivor points in the tournament standings. And although they were eliminated, thanks again to Matthew J., Mikael, and Scott for playing. Also, special thanks to Kyle for stepping in for a season.
