As we feared, Kat NMR'd. Little more than a byline at this point though as England officially puts Germany to the sword by taking Berlin.

All EGP's failed. We have a new 4-way proposed - EFTI. Takes for YES votes to pass.

We had one retreat but it only had one option so I took it:

With that, we move to Fall1907. I hope to get all orders on time and get us back on track with this game as we enter what has to be the last phase?
