Turkey has finally slipped away into the annals of History. Thank you Sam for a solid game!
Italy and Russia are pushed back all across the board, again.
However, Italy and Russia are the only nations with builds this year. Ironic, Ain't it ;-)
However, Italy has no open Home SCs for her one build and Russia has only one open to her two builds.
So in the end, Russia gets one build this year, in Sevastopol.

Dominic, if you can have your build order in by Monday, we will move on with the Spring move.
FYI, I will be out of touch from Aug 15 through the 24th so we will have a little break.

Two Retreats needed:

Russia from Silesia can only go Galicia
