PREV Fall 7 Adjudication: NEXT

Today's adjudication comes to you from the City of Brotherly Love, and it's fitting too as Carthage seems to share the love all over this round, helping both Rome and Egypt to centers. I'm sure there was some love in there for Greece too, but he's eliminated so we'll leave the analysis to the pros.

There was one retreat but Egyptian F GOP could only go to Thebes so I just moved it there.
