There is an End of Game proposal. So, votes are required from *all* players. The vote fails if even a single surviving player votes â€˜Noâ€™ or abstains. The proposal? Russian solo; everybody else survives. All in favor, please vote â€˜Ayeâ€™. All opposed, please vote â€˜Nayâ€™.

Meanwhile, I will be away tomorrow, so retreats are not due until Thursday. Adjustments are due on Friday. Iâ€™d like to run the vote by Thursday if I can.

The following units retreat. The French army auto-retreats to Gascony unless Mr. Trickey specifies otherwise:

Turkey survives! Way to stick it to the man, Matt! And elsewhere, the engines of war grind on without any huge surprises, nor indeed, many *flags*. Just the three above-mention *dislodged* units plus a trio of *fails*. And a sneaky (dare I say Trickey?) convoy to Wales.
