Apologies for the delay. I had to run down an order set which came quickly but by the time it did my window of ability to run the turn had passed. Sorry.

So to business - ALL EGP's fail and we have a new propsal: a 4-way EHDW draw. Please vote on that IN SPRING ORDERS.

For procedural clarification: proposals for EGP's must be submitted WITH ORDERS and can only be announced and voted on with major turn orders (Spring and Fall). Managing all of the other public proposals/denials is too difficult for both your GM and fellow players. AND remember - the lack of a vote counts as a yes and if multiple proposals pass the MOST INCLUSIVE ONE is the one that is accepted.

Business pt. 2: we had retreats needed; however, since two of them had only one option and the other is for Denmark who will ALSO have removals, I took the retreats. Denmark HAS the option to change his retreat with his Winter orders. IF perchance this affects builds please make a conditional build set.

Retreats are:
Spanish A Cst retreats into the Aragon Pyrenee foothills and gets lost after getting drunk on wine pilfered from the English F in Gas
Habsburg F Gre retreats to Illyria
Danish A Sto retreats to Smaland

Dirk's F could go OTB. Ross's A can go OTB or to Lappland.

So, all of that leads us to Winter. Let's have Winter builds and removes by Friday the 15th at 4p. Those adjustments are as follows:

Habsburg remove 1
Ottoman remove 1
Sweden build 1

From there, Spring 1607 will occur next Thursday at 4p CDT.
