While Austria, Italy and Turkey knock each other about, France and Germany fortunes wax refulgent with each one taking back their briefly mislaid possessions and gearing up the war machines. France takes over the board top position with 9 SC, and he and his friend the Kaiser each have two new builds at their disposal this Winter season.
In other news:
The English fleet remains stranded in Barents Sea.
The Russian fleet remains stranded in Rumania. (Rumors have it that if that the only thing keeping them above water are the lines to the dock.)
Austria and Italy hold their own at home against the Turks, but are shrinking none the less.
RETREATS NEEDED:
Italian F Marseilles can retreat to Gulf of Lyon or OTB.
Turkish A Venice can retreat to Tuscany or Apulia or OTB.
ADJUSTMENTS:
