I made a slight mistake in that I didn't ask for everyone to turn in votes for the Winter season (ie Germany) and so it is not fair to cancel the vote due to his not needing to turn in orders.

I will however put that proposal and two others on the table for the Spring due date.

The three proposals are:

1. Four way draw to include Austria, England, France and Italy.
2. Solo victory by Austria.
3. Three way draw to include Austria, France and Italy.

The proposals are in the order I received them and the countries are simply in alphabetical order.

Spring 1908 moves will be due on Tuesday 12th August by 2300GMT / 6pm EST.
