Even though I am 24 hours late with the adjudication (sorry about that!), I still could not find moves from Germany. Germany has already used his grace period so unfortunately suffers an NMR.

Spring 1905 is due Tuesday 16th at 5pm, Australian EST.

There is an Austria-Germany-Italy proposal on the table for Spring 1905. As per my 'updated' house rules, this proposal if successful will take place at the beginning of spring, prior to moves being run.

All successful end game proposals will take EFFECT-
a) at the beginning of a spring or fall season (no moves will be processed)
b) at the end of a winter season (winter adjustments will be processed and counted)
