Delay was totally my fault this turn, and I sincerely apologize. I blame my neighbour, who didn't stake out the utilities before digging in his new fence and ended up severing a couple major underground lines... In the process knocking out power and gas for the whole neighbourhood.
No internet and no hot showers for three days. Colour me unhappy.
Anyways, on with the show. France builds the big three, Germany unleashes a new fleet and army pair. With that in place, we move smartly into Spring 1908. Deadline for orders will be set for Monday, July 13th (11:59 PM GMT).
