PREV Spring 1908 Adjudication: NEXT

A new week has begun, and it looks like this will be Turkey's last NMR. The Turkish army in Ankara, with nowhere to retreat, disbands.

Two other units auto-retreat (and doubtless the owners saw it coming):

German F London-Yorkshire
Russian A Ukraine-Rumania

Meanwhile, Germany continues to roll up the Russian front like a sleeping bag. U-Boats re-establish a North Sea presence. Russia falls back to the Budapest Perimeter (that unique defensive position in which Russian armies occupy every space surrounding but not including Budapest). Italy makes threatening gestures in the vicinity of Venice. France conquers London and also protects Spain from hordes of invading jellyfish.

There is a 2-way G-R draw proposal. Please vote on it by Thursday. Since this is our first end-game proposal, let me be clear on how I will handle it. At 14:00 CST Thursday, I will count votes. If it passes by unanimous acclamation, it passes. If even one player votes "No" or abstains, the vote fails, and I will immediately adjudicate F1908. Therefore, you will receive no notice between the time of the vote and the time of the F1908 adjudication. In other words: submit orders! Regarding Turkey's draw vote: having NMR'd 4 straight movement orders, his vote will automatically be counted as a "Yes" unless he emails me and forcibly changes it.
