Amsterdam - The French Northern Fleets try unsuccessfully to break the Russian blockade. Fleet Amsterdam is trapped in port and destroyed by the White Army moving westward from Kiel.

Belgrade - Russian troops in Trieste boldly switch fronts, catching the Ottoman forces in a surprise pincer movement and forcing the overmatched unit back into Bulgaria.

Venice - The Hapsburgs-in-Residence in Rome denounce the Russian occupiers of their homeland and announce joint maneuvers with the Ottoman naval forces. Austrian leaders seek to take the White generals by catching a lift with the Ottoman navy and convoying around Trieste to the Dalmatian coast.

RETREATS:
French fleet Holland has nowhere to go... disbanded!
Turkish army Serbia is automatically retreated to Bulgaria, its only option.
