Sorry for the late results. I had it almost all done, and then got interrupted. So no fun commentary this time. Italy appears to be AWOL, and the draw fails, but is reproposed. So votes and moves due Thursday. Also, please note that It's now daylight savings time in the good ol' US of A. So I think that changes our GMT deadline. Still 8:00 AM CST, but I think it's now 13:00 GMT? Maybe? I'm so bad with how all that works.
