Just to clarify before we even go thereâ€¦ Fin/Nwy connect would bounce with both of the following kinds of orders:
(a) Fin/GoB connect and
(b) Swe/OUT connect plus Mos/Nwy separate.

In the former example, we cannot connect an isolated province simultaneously to two different provinces. In the latter example, we cannot connect an isolated province to a border that is being eliminated by another order.
