First news is that the draw fails to succeed. The board gets shaken up a little bit this turn, and I feel the game just got really interesting again, after a period of static-ness.

Four retreats to be made by next year so I won't auto retreat at all.
German A Berlin can retreat to Frankfurt.
Italian F Naples can retreat to Rome or Apulia.
Polish F Sweden can retreat to Gulf of Bothnia.
