Nope. No draw. Who is not voting in favor of it? For that matter, who *is* voting in favor of it? It is a world shrouded in intrigue and shadow, is it not? If it's any comfort, I did vote in favor. I had been voting against it, but I changed my mind about a year ago. And I promise to abide by the proposed draw and not to attempt a solo.

But since we continue in our war, let us enjoy it. Grab a slice of toasted baguette and a gooey hot wedge of camembert; let us sip the wine. It's a banner year for FourGotten, catered entirely on the Paz Eternan tab. Brest. Liverpool. Paris. That's a nice three-course lunch.

In the East, it's Rhovanion's season, picking up Bulgaria from Bushwood who snatches Greece from Lemuria.

For now, we have a Lemurian retreat on our hands: F Ionian Sea may retreat to Adriatic Sea, Apulia, Eastern Mediterranean, Naples, Tunis, or off the board.

If you don't mind, I'd like to adjudicate Fall 1908 concurrently with Winter 1908 (but I will accommodate you if you ask otherwise). There are adjustments aplenty:
