Hey all,

We do have a couple draw proposals, technically for consideration for Spring, but if I receive a full set or a single no I'll tell pass/fail tomorrow with Winter. England is the big winner this season, with 2 builds. Russia gets one. Italy had a frustrating season of battering the fortified centers of Russia.
