PREV  Fall 1908 Adjudication:  NEXT

Not counting Austria's NMR, there was still no unanimous yes vote on a draw. Not sure if people are just shell-shocked at this point, or whether this game really wants to be played out to the bitter end.

I think I'm going to borrow from Baron and going forward make a lack of a vote for a given proposal to be a "Yes" vote. This means that unless someone sends me a "no" vote on a draw, the draw will pass. That way, we can be sure that the game will only continue if at least one player actively wants it to.

So, how about we turn in any draw proposals you're interested in to me with the Winter adjustments, and then I will present them for a vote for the Spring turn. Unless a particular draw gets at least one "no" vote, it will pass.

Retreats and builds/disbands due tomorrow. The below numbers assume no one retreats OTB, and no centers change hands during retreats. If otherwise, those numbers will be modified accordingly.

Three retreats this turn..

German F Denmark can retreat to Sweden, Baltic Sea or Skagerrak.
Austrian A Venice can retreat to Tyrolia, Rome, Piedmont or Apulia.
Austrian A Vienna can retreat to Tyrolia or Bohemia.
