Because the proposal fails, your little painted blocks continue to shuffle around a map of Europe. Italy gains the Mid-Atlantic!... in spite of misordering twice. Russia plows into both Berlin and Denmark. Germany scrambles to re-position. Franceâ€™s efforts are generally stymied. And England remains placid.
