The 4-way draw fails, so the game continues.

Germany finally dislodges that pesky idle English fleet in Edinburgh. Austria moves to Livonia, threatening Germany's northern flank. Italy's attempt to take Munich with Turkish support is thwarted by the German defenders.

I know this is an exercise in futility, but the Blitz tournament rules specify that an absent player can return at any time... so we will have a summer retreat phase for England:
The English fleet in Edinburgh may retreat to Clyde, Norwegian Sea, Yorkshire, or OTB.

England's summer 1909 retreat is due tomorrow, Tuesday 3/8 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00. If any of the active players wish to submit conditional fall 1909 orders tomorrow contingent on England's retreat, please feel free to do so.
