PREV  Spring 1909 Adjudication:  NEXT

Hi Guys,

First off, the DIAS vote has failed. Sorry, to anyone who had hopes for it.

Second off, I think the chances of it passing in the future are going up because, unless this is the most subtle feint I've ever seen, we're not going to be needing nearly as many votes in year or two.

HEADLINES:

Turkey Trots into Four New Dots -- That would be Budapest, and all three of the Italian home SC. What's more, he can't be ejected from any of them. Tunis, now....
England Outlives Usefulness -- At least, that is how I would interpret the strong French and German moves into Scandinavia and St. Pete.
France Invades Munich?! -- Stab? Defending an expected 2-unit attack from Austria? Make-up dot for St. Pete & Norway? What do you get if you cross an elephant and a rhinoceros? Elephino.
Russian Tsar Still Failing Geography -- More confusion in the Kremlin over which armies are in which cities, but luckily there is no penalty... this time.

RETREAT NEEDED: German A Munich can retreat to Kiel or Berlin or OTB.

NEXT DEADLINE: German retreat is due tomorrow, June 5, by 18:00 Eastern time. If I get it early I'll post it early, with or without a map.

NEXT NEXT DEADLINE: Fall 1909 orders are due Thursday, June 7, by 18:00 Eastern time.

PENDING END-GAME PROPOSAL: None

Cheers,
Chris
