A ton of action. Surprising developments while I was gone. Nice game.

Lots of retreats:

Austrian A's in Mar and Bel can retreat: Mar to Pie or Bur or OTB; Bel to Ruh or Bur or OTB
German F to HEL [and taken because it is irrelevant]
French A Par to Pic or Gas or OTB

In addition, there are new builds, etc. required:
French: Remove 2 or 1 depending if A Par retreats OTB
English: Build 1
Russia: Build 2
Austria: Build 2 IF neither retreat above is OTB; if either/both is OTB then build 3
