All,
Don't know what to think of this. This game has had a bit of everything and continues to be bizarre.

First, Turkey proxied his moves for at least this turn and maybe more. There were no contingencies that he placed on the proxy. Oddly, he proxied TO FRANCE (yep, that's the same power that Italy proxied to earlier in the game).

Second, we have three new EGP's:

a 2-way E/F
a 3-way E/F/T
a 4-way E/F/T/I

You know the voting rules. So vote with SPRING orders (these are not voted on in Winter or in Fall retreat).

Third, we have two retreats:

Turkish A Tri can retreat to Ser, Alb or OTB
Turkish A Rum can retreat to Ser, Ukr, Bul or OTB
Turkish F ION can retreat to Alb, EAS or OTB

We'll make these retreats happen first (too many variables to try to do auto-retreats I think). Get those in by Wednesday at 4p CST.

From there we will move to Winter adjustments and then on to Spring10.

Guess we'll figure out all this craziness in post-game EGS's?
