None of the endgame proposals receives unanimous support, so the game continues...

England, with Turkish support, sails to the south coast of Spain. Italy supports Germany's move to take over Marseilles. Germany attempts to support an English move to Munich, only to find a different English army marching in. Well behind the lines, England quietly sails into an undefended Denmark. Russia's army in Galicia loses out to a Turkish advance, but not before bouncing Germany's attempt to advance into Ukraine.

Two units are dislodged, but each only has one valid on-board retreat, so I'll go ahead and order those myself to keep the game moving.

Winter 1909 adjustments, due tomorrow 3/23 at 3pm Central (US) / 20:00 GMT, will be as follows:
England: build 3
Germany: remove 1
Italy: remove 1
Russia: remove 1
