I could not locate orders from England or Russia. England thus banks his 3 builds, while Russia is auto-removed from Silesia per Blitz tournament rules. Germany and Italy scuttle their last remaining fleets.

Spring 1910 orders will be due Monday 3/26 at 3pm Central (US) / 20:00 GMT. Note that British Summer Time will take effect this weekend, putting the UK 1 hour ahead of the unchanged GMT. I think I have finally figured out the difference between European Summer Time and US/Canadian Daylight Saving Time.
