quite a few public messages have been on the subject of a draw. The one five-way draw put forward was defeated. Yet it's once again on the table.
Let me make clear that I accept public declarations on EOG proposals as votes. Though of course such votes may be countermanded t by private instructions to me.
I should also clarify that any player may directly call his fellow-players to vote on a proposal, the deadline then being the next adjucation. But one can of course submit a proposal privately to me for publication with the next adjucation. Putting forward a proposal counts by default as an affirmative vote, but it too can be secretly reversed.
Anxious to see what our 10th year has in store for us.
