*GM Realizes He's Never Typed "Coalescing" Before*

Hey all,

So Italy NMR's again. His lack of moves doesn't change the board too significantly, with the exception of Lyo-Pie going through. Of course, NMR's count as "no" votes on draws, so the FA fails. We also have one retreat (it may not have showed up on the Gif, but it's in the DPY). Pie can retreat to Ven or OTB. I auto-retreated him to Venice.

Speaking of draws, we have a slew to choose from today. We have an FA Draw, a FIA Draw, and a DIAS. Votes are needed for each (though failing to vote for one counts as a no vote). IMPORTANT: according to the DC House Rules, which we are using for this game, if multiple draws pass, the MORE INCLUSIVE Draw is the actual result. Thus, if every player voted yes on each draw, we would have a DIAS.

Moves are due on thursday. Italy has till tomorrow to choose to retreat Venice off the board. See ya thursday!

John
