There goes a second central power. Austria is finis. Like that doughnut I had for breakfast (if only I had!). I am preemptively disbanding the Austrian army. That leaves just one retreat from the French eclair in the Ionian (keeping on the doughnut theme) -- I bet they feel frosted. Clearly, somebody missed a call, because Italy support that fleet to hold... which it didn't.

French French F Ionian Sea can retreat to Apulia, Albania, or OTB.

The only adjustment is one Russian build, unless of course, France wishes to retreat OTB.
