All,
A few retreats are needed as well as some disbands/builds. Retreats are:

Austrian A(Gas) can retreat to Par, Bre or OTB.
English F(Nwy) can retreat to NTH, NWG, BAR or OTB.
English F(StP)nc can retreat to BAR or OTB.

Pending some of those decisions, adjustments are as follows:

Austria: Build 1 [two if A Gas retreats OTB]
England: No change unless there are OTB retreats; if so, a build can be had for each OTB
France: Remove 1
Russia: Build 1
Turkey: No change

Additionally, we have 2 EGP's to vote on. Remember to vote for the Spring turn [since not everyone requires adjustments tomorrow]. If both pass the most INCLUSIVE one takes priority. A failure to vote is a NO vote.
