Well,
The intrigue is certainly picking up. Alliances seem to have changed. Is England (with his loyal Italian F) on his own? Best I can tell the only alliance is maybe F/T? And that's just because they don't seem to be pounding each other and are pounding others...

I can't wait to see where Spring1911 takes us. But first we have both retreats needed AND Winter. Retreats:

Italian A Rom can retreat to Tus, Apu or OTB (note - you will have a disband coming)
Russian A Rum can retreat to Gal, Ukr, Bal or OTB
