Winter 1910 gets ... messy.
All German units are blotted from the board. Russia issues a void retreat - resulting in the disband of the retreating unit. Turkey fails to submit either retreat or disbands - sending A Ankara retreating OTB and F East Med disbanding as the only unit not on a center.
Armies built across the board. And, on top of it all, we have a French solo proposal. Surviving players may submit their yay or nay votes with the Spring 1911 orders. Not voting will count as a 'no'. Deadline, as always for Spring, will be set for Monday March 17th (11:59 PM GMT).
