GM’s remarks:
An interesting situation in that no supplies change hands so we go directly to the Spring season. I checked this a couple of times to try to understand why Realpolitik wasn’t providing for a Winter season. But, it is what occurred.
I also checked a couple of different ways to ensure that France has in fact NMR’ed. I guess Scott figured Russia would put an end to this game. Not true, we continue on. I hope we will hear from Scott shortly.
