Well, very little to report here. There were no retreats needed. Further, we have only one build - Austria can build one.

Let me have that build by Saturday at 4pm CDT. If you mark it as final before then I will publish results. Let's go with Spring 12 next Thursday at 4pm CDT.

Oh, and a program note: Burgundy has 3 centers but only 2 units; he does not get to build because he does not own an original home center so he is not allowed to build in other SC's either.
