Sorry for the delay. Getting back home and into the swing of things has proven tougher than I realized. Well, we didn't have any retreats so that is nice so we can roll right into Fall. Let's set that for next Thursday the 16th at 4pm CDT.

So on to other business:

1. We have an EGP. Please vote on that with orders. That is the OFFICIAL vote. If you don't vote with orders it counts as a YES.
2. I have been asked to clarify the scoring for DCI. First place is determined by the winner, i.e. a solo. In the case of a draw, the winner is the country that has the HIGHEST SC count at the time the draw is accepted. NOTE: a draw is accepted BEFORE a turn is adjudicated. Thus any theoretical SC swapping that would have occurred in that turn is invalid. IF perchance there is an SC tie, I will take the cumulative total of SC's owned EACH Winter turn (by the two or more who have the highest SC count) and the country with the highest cumulative total is declared the winner.
